Returns and Refunds Policy

Our production approach: Each CULTE FC item is printed on demand, specifically for you, as soon as your order is confirmed. This eco-responsible approach allows us to produce only what is purchased and avoid waste.

Returns and exchanges (Size error or change of mind)

We invite you to carefully consult the Size Guide present on each product page before confirming your purchase. In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal if the size does not fit or if you change your mind.

Conditions: The item must be returned to us in its original, new, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Costs: The costs and risks associated with the return shipment to our premises (located in France) are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with the refund of the product price. Since direct exchanges are not possible with our production system, we invite you to place a new order for the desired size.

Defective products or error on our part

To err is human, and our priority is your satisfaction. If your product has a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if it was damaged during transport, we take full responsibility!

Contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@cultefc.com, making sure to attach a clear photo of the defect.

Once validated, we will immediately launch the production and shipping of a replacement item, entirely at our expense (you will not have to return anything to us).

Lost packages

If the estimated delivery date has long passed and your tracking number is no longer updating, please contact us. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will handle the shipping of a new order at our expense.

Cancellations and order modifications

In order to deliver to you as quickly as possible, our processes are automated: your order is sent to the printing workshop shortly after its validation.

If you made an error in the address or size, contact us immediately at contact@cultefc.com.

If production has not yet started, we will do our best to cancel or modify your order. Once production has begun, no modification or cancellation will be technically possible.
