GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC) – CULTE FC

Article 1: Subject These conditions govern the sales by the sole proprietorship GARCIA NICOLAS (SIREN 813 725 199) of print-on-demand textile products under the brand CULTE FC.

Article 2: Products and Orders Each CULTE FC "Relic" is produced exclusively to order via our production partner (Printful). The customer is responsible for choosing the size; a size guide is provided for each product.

Article 3: Rates and Taxes Prices are indicated in Euros (€). In accordance with Article 293 B of the CGI, VAT is not applicable on sales. Shipping costs are charged extra according to the defined zones.

Article 4: Delivery and Lead Times Processing time (printing) is 2 to 5 business days. Average delivery times are:

France: 3-5 days (€5.90 / Free for orders over €90).

European Union: 5-10 days (€8.90 / Free for orders over €90).

United Kingdom: 5-10 days (€7.90).

Switzerland: 5-10 days (€12.90). For the United Kingdom and Switzerland, any potential customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Article 5: Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (print-on-demand). Consequently, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for size errors or changes of mind. Returns are only accepted in the event of a major manufacturing defect or proven printing error.

Article 6: Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering by credit card or any other secure means of payment offered on the site.

Article 7: Applicable Law These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
